L'espoir renait, avec Yannick Jouan qui vient de reprendre le bar hôtel-restaurant. Ancien élève de l'école Lenôtre, il possède une expérience de 22 ans en restauration et traiteur. Il propose une cuisine traditionnelle avec des desserts maison, et espère développer la partie traiteur et la vente à emporter.

Far from the center of Grandcamp, and far from the harbor, le Petit Mareyeur has had trouble attracting enough customers.
But there is hope again, as Yannick Jouan has re-opened the bar/hotel/restaurant. A graduate of the Lenôtre culinary school , he has been in the food business for 22 years. His cooking is traditional, with homemade desserts, and he is also going to sell prepared dishes and expand the catering business.
