Anthony et Maud Husnot nous réservent une surprise: Ils ont fermé leur restaurant, Le Racine, à l' automne, ont fait d'importants travaux, et vont réouvrir très bientôt.

Mais ce qui ne changera pas, c'est le sourire de Maud qui vous accueillera comme avant et vous donnera une explication alléchante de votre menu, et la cuisine authentique de Tony, goûteuse et savoureuse. Vous verrez sans doute toujours son jambon à l'os, son saumon de Cherbourg, fumé sur place, ses terrines bien de chez nous, et il continuera à faire un petit tour en salle pour dire bonjour à tout le monde.

Anthony and Maud Husnot are cooking up a surprise for us: They closed their restaurant, Le Racine, in the fall, made extensive renovations over the winter and are ready to open again.

But some things will not change: The smile of Maud, who will welcome you just like before and will give you a tantalizing explanation of the dishes on the menu, and the authentic cuisine of Tony, tasty and delicious. You will still be able to get his ham on the bone, his local salmon, smoked in house and his down-to-earth patés, and he will still come around the dining room with a nice word for everyone.
